Pat is also fluent in Spanish and can handle a bilingual real estate transaction to accomodate both parties.  

Pat immigrated to the US from Guatemala in 1972.  Her family settled in a Kenner suburb close to New Orleans, LA where she quickly grew to love the local spirit of South Louisiana. In 1982, she graduated from Bonnabel High School and went on to work in the medical field then eventually earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  After a demanding career as a medical professional, Pat pivoted to real estate sales in 2004.  When she's not at the office, Pat enjoys down time with her family.  She's lucky enough to live a block from her grandkids who are constantly stopping over for popsicles and snuggles!  Pat is also an avid cyclist and gardener. She's participated in several cycling events, and enjoys the sanctuary she's created with her green thumb in her backyard.
